The MMI is a charitable organisation; a buzzing community hub accessed by residents of all ages, hosting a range of social activities from yoga to art and film to photography. As a venue we are in the exciting position of offering a light, bright, blank canvas cafe space to someone who connects with our charitable objectives for the benefit of all in our community.
If you are an experienced hospitality professional, either with an existing operation looking for a new home or the drive to establish a cafe offering then we’d like to hear from you. Take a look at the photos below, or better still come and explore the venue to think about how you would take on the space.
We are looking for applications from individuals / businesses that maintain a community focus, ensuring accessibility and collaborative working with the wider functions of the MMI.
To make an application for the space we’d like to know a bit about you, your experience with all things food, drink and customers as well as how you’d propose to use the space from sample menus to potential opening times.
